Nice hat, perfect fit! The 100X beaver hat gives the customer the choice of brown, black, green, or grey liners. I picked the brown as noted on the order slip. No communication regarding why it's a black liner from Catalina Hatters. There is no call when they actually start working on your custom $1000.00 plus hat and no communication regarding the lining color change. My call during the order process was with Jack who was helpful and texted me pics of liner colors. I called back after reviewing body color and liner colors and spoke with a young lady to confirm i wanted a 100X in natural with the brown liner. As stated, it's even noted on the order sheet sent with the hat. Catalina Hatters needs to up their game when it comes to communication. Let the customer know when you're starting their custom hat especially if Catalina Hatters is going to change something such as liner color. Heck, it's a custom hat and keeping your customers informed is key to a successful transaction.
