I have been following this company on Instagram for a while and thought their product was so beautiful. Finally I had a reason to order 5 custom books. I was hesitant as I was pretty particular about matching the colour of the books to the home decor. They sent me digital samples which really helped. When the books arrived they were absolutely GORGEOUS and auch wonderful quality. However the colour wasn’t quite right - it’s very hard to view a digital proof when you are being so precise about a colour match. I messaged them with feedback (really more as a learning for me). I can’t tell you how brilliant the customer service was. They bent over backwards to work with me on getting a match and ensuring I was 100% satisfied. So patient and so caring. I can’t thank them enough and I honestly can’t recommend their product enough. Thank you again.
