I love the products but I will no longer be purchasing from this company. I’ve been a customer since 2022 and have spent over 4k. My last two orders have taken way too long to ship. My last one was lost then took a month to ship out a replacement afrer I begged them to ship it then had a glass jar of lotion broken. I’m not even going to email again. I was also blocked on Instagram for making one comment about my frustrations. I dont feel like a valued customer.
