Smooth Hair Removal Mousse

I got my package in yesterday and both bottles were busted and leaked everywhere. Had to throw both of them away. One bottle was completely empty and the other one was halfway empty. Was very disappointed.

Not sure whether there was a change in formula when they changed to a pump dispenser, but it does NOT work as described. Tried multiple times and even left it on longer. Would like refund for unopened bottles.

Tried the mousse, followed instructions and waited the 10 mins but there was nothing to wipe off the mousse completely dissolved and no hair came off, and the smell was horrid
