I absolutely LOVE this cookie!!!

Absolutely obsessed with this cookie! The white fondant has a delightful hint of lemon and literally melts in your mouth. If you’re not a chocolate fan, you’ll love ordering these “all white”—they’re perfect! The cookie itself is like a muffin top, but with a slightly firmer texture, and the vanilla bean flavor is out of this world. Paired with the luscious white fondant, it’s an unbeatable combination!!!

I’ve been going to Freed’s since the mid 90s when my parents would take me to the eastern location. It never misses.

Once a week treat

I love the new location at the bend. The employees are kind and the items are fresh. I allow myself one sweet treat a week and right now it's the Back & White cookie which never disappoints.
