They are good

Tough microgreen to grow...for me.

Trying to get this to grow as a microgreen takes patience. So far I've had consistent mold issues, which I attribute to high moisture during the lengthy germination. I believe if we germinate in a dark room, and not under the blackout dome, we can mitigate the issues. Either way, with the mild success so far, we have enjoyed this microgreen in soups and pastas.
