This tool is great for when you get swollen ankles. It's smooth edge makes it easy to glide along the skin, without causing discomfort. Works a treat.

Helpful Tool

I have used one of these body lymphatic massage tools before and find they help with circulation. Use firm but not too firm strokes and after applying a body moisturiser or oil as it is easier to use and doesn't pull on the skin. I use on my upper thigh area.
