Milk Chocolate Pistachio Thins - 21.2 OZ (1.3 LB/600g)

I never imagined spending over $100 on chocolate, but my experience with this company's chocolate when it was at Costco made me believe it would be worth it. However, the chocolate arrived completely melted. The packaging Bouchard used was completely pointless. They put 4 packages of chocolate weighing1.3 lbs each and a box of Dubai Chocolate into a plastic shipping bag with cotton fiber as "insulation" along with only two small gel ice packs. How did they think two very small ice packs and some cotton fibers were going to keep 5.5 lbs of chocolate cold cross country? What's more, they packed everyhting in so tightly, that the bags of chocolate were literally smashed together to fit in their shipping package. I struggled to get the two bottom packages out of the shipping bag. These individually wrapped packages of chocolates from the large bags will be impossible to open and now that the chocolate has beem completely melted, I am certain it will not have a desirable texture.
