Grilled

Salted it and left open in the fridge overnight. Next day let it come to room temp then coated it with rosemary butter. Grilled at 450 degrees until 130 degrees, took it off and let set covered for 20 minutes. Sliced it and shared with 6 adults. We all loved it. Thanks!

Great steaks

These Buffalo Ribeyes are cut perfectly for a great steak any time of the week. The Elk that they sell is also excellent. Visited this place when I was out there in 2019 and they are small but do a great job .
