Fantastic Coat.
Just spend a few weeks coaching in the rain at some races and decided it was time to upgrade my foul weather gear. Came home and started looking on-line. Big fan of Sync. Purchases to date include 4 sets of snow pants/bibs, 4 jackets, and a race suit, to name a few. Just received this and haven't had the chance to put it to the test yet, but I am confident that I will love it when I do. It's very sturdy and surprisingly heavy weight materiel, which will be great on cold, rainy, icy, and /or snowy days coaching on the hill. Nice deep fleece lined pockets with zippers on the side, a roomy zippered chest pocket, and internal unzipped pocket. Zippers easy to open with gloves on. Nice big hood to accommodate helmet. It has everything that I was looking for. As noted, it does run small. I am 5' 7" 160 pounds. Upsized to a large and it still is ever-so snug in the chest area, but not uncomfortably so. At 40% off it's a helluva deal. Highly recommended!

A very good product that could be great.
I have had the Start House Jacket since the tail end of the season. I have had it out in some rainy conditions, and the water beaded right off. I have had it out in coldish weather, and the fleece lining and thicker outer shell kept the cold and the wind out. I am a larger racer, and I find it roomy, until I reach forward. So a bi-wing on the back would be great. The hand pockets are well placed and fleece-lined. The length is good, but I would like to see a longer version (to the boots) or a panel that drops down for the cold days when you are standing around. The hood fit my helmet with no issues. There is a radio mike loop but no radio pocket. Inside, there is a lightweight mesh pocket lower down. Another, more heavy-duty pocket would be great. The jacket has a good price point for what it is and will always be in my race bag or by my door when I take the dog out for a walk.
