NovaMist - Compact Luxury Tower Diffuser

Perfect size for my living rooms space and well priced compared to the larger Lumamax and other bigger tower diffusers. Great battery life. Easy to set up and to use with the remote. I prefer a remote over an app. I bought this as a stand alone diffuser, not realising there was a bundle deal on at the same time with 4 Hotel Style fragrance oils. I was disappointed I had no response to my email enquiring into being able to have the oils added. Also commented on social media with no response. The marketing videos say customers are at the heart of everything they do, however acknowledging emails etc is basics, even if unable to switch to the bundle, especially when I get several aking for a review of the product.

I absolutely love my diffuser, all visitors to our home ask about it. So easy to use and fills the whole house with a stunning fragrance!
