Works as expected

Over the years we had lost a couple of the plugs to a cover installed in our home. Tried replacing just the plugs but although replace plugs were the correct dimensions, the new plug's threading did not match installed plate. Replacing the entire plate with plugs worked great. The installation of the new plate was quick and simple. The Floor Box Outlet support folks were very helpful in resolving the issue with the new plugs not fitting into the old plate because of the threading incompatibility issue.
