Love the shoes but TERRIBLE customer service

I had ordered a size 10.5 and they didn’t fit, so I returned them. I guess I mistakenly selected the e-gift card option as a refund and I was not able to get my money back. I had ordered a size 10 meanwhile, which ended up fitting me. Contacted support in order to “return” the size 10 in order to get my money back so I can then repurchase using the unwanted e-gift card I had. And support could not help me in any way to accommodate me. So now I must return the size 10 in order to get my money back. And I am stuck with an unnecessary e-gift card because the shoes are sold out on the website. Terrible way to celebrate the Christmas season. So sad because I really wanted the shoes
