The build quality of the products is at the top level an the attention to details in the design is there, however I personaly have experienced some issues with the equipment shuttong down my monitor or even making my do wierd stuff which is a deal breaker for me since i wanted a product that I could use right away and dont have problems with it, however thats not the case for me and the complications exceded the joy from your products whic had dissapointed me, moreover in some games the force feedback doesnt even work properly and I would like to request a return
