Amazing product

The base and software are amazing although the customer service isn’t the best. No problems with all of their products its just that I wanted to return immediately after receiving it to go for the stronger base and no one has answered me in two weeks.

Solid

This is my first direct drive wheel, so I can't say much, but everything went well with the installation, I found some of the terms for cable ports and software setup a bit confusing, other than that, quality is solid and I feel like I made the right choice going with Simagic.
