Engagement Biscuit Tin

The biscuits didn’t arrive on time. I had to proactively call to ask what had happened or get any kind of delivery estimation. I was also promised this would be escalated and no one got in contact. For this price point I think if they miss the celebration this is a real customer let down. I am really disappointed by the customer service I received, which is usually excellent.
