Graduation Letterbox Biscuits

I had ordered personalized cookies for a graduation and I paid and selected for them to be delivered the day before and they didn’t not arrive until four days later in which it was too late because the event had passed. When I had tried to call and email about where the order is the only response I received was that you had difficulties and delays on your end which is unacceptable not to have correspondence and updates for the customers and the only “compensation” I received was a 4 pound refund for the shipping which is besides the point because I didn’t have the cookies for the event. Additionally customer service should be of the utmost importance and to try to solve the issue and make the customer happy. My mom, who lives in the United States has purchased from your company several times and have sent them to me and others in the UK. Then I have ordered and have bought in many locations and have also told friends and family of your company so it’s very frustrating and disappointing that the response that I received did not seem to make up for the issues you had in your end and makes it hard for me to want to order from your company again. At this point the cookies were delivered today and I can’t get them to the person but I wanted to inform you that communication should’ve happened first on your end if there were delays and you should’ve tried harder to deliver the order asap or work out a deal with the customer because I am not happy.

The flavour and texture of the biscuits were disappointing, and the tassel on the cap broke in transit but they did look fantastic.

So cute and neat - the recipient absolutely loved!
