Well received by the recipient. I'm taking a star off as you charge extra to personalise this. The other two personalised biscuits I ordered did not have this additional cost and it seems excessive to pay £3.50 to ice a name. As a result I decided to leave this blank which did not detract from the gift.

I did not see the actual gift as it was delivered to a friend some distance away, however, she was pleased with her gift. Unfortunately, it was delivered a day later than ordered so it missed her birthday.
