Dr Ginger Jolly Ginger

My friend was very pleased with Dr Ginger. You despatched him on time and Royal mail tried to deliver on time (which was a Saturday). However the hospital wouldn't accept the delivery outside "working hours" so they took it back and delivered it on Tuesday (after the bank holiday). The hospital post room didn't provide him to the recipient until today (Wednesday). I decided to send Dr Ginger rather than a card because I thought he would be delivered earlier, not realising the time restrictions on deliveries to hospitals. In any case, you and your delivery arrangements worked well, it was the hospital that caused the delay to delivery. I would definitely recommend you to a friend but caution them to be aware of possible restrictions on delivery if sending something to a hospital.

Very suitable for the person concerned. Well packed. Good sell-by date.
