Way2 - The inflatable reversible gangway

I did not end up using the item, and I have now been waiting for more than a month for someone to contact me regarding the refund. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been very poor. Despite my requests, I have received no meaningful follow-up, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund and a prompt resolution of this matter.
