Works great but is a bit over dimensioned for my Sjöberg Smart Pro Workbench. I use the workbench for wood carving and have other holding devices ... Veritas Carving Vise and Stanley ball vise to use. I have used the spanner to hold down some wood for planing and it works great as does your vise.
