Plain Fiber Drink

Fiber drink

I have to admit I was on the fence about ordering this but when I travel it is difficult to get enough fiber so I decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness it works! It gives you a little boost of fiber for your gut health and I really do like it and will be ordering again.

Love it!

I love the plain because I mix it with my collagen. It mixes well and doesn't clump. I do give my drink a swish before drinking if it sat for awhile as it can separate a bit. I use half a scoop to start. No bloating!

Helpful

I love how I can put it in any drink that I choose and it’s making my body work better. I just added it to my electrolytes. I didn’t realize how important fiber was and it really makes my gut feel better.
