Terrible customer service tried to get location of my parcel was chucked on the floor round the corner from my address, parcel was lost then no response to any emails and no one can seem to answer the phone avoid at all cost

She loved it worth getting snd the little hat is awesome super cute

I wish it fit in the hat horizontally but other than that it is super nice
