I ordered a shirt for my nephew in law for Christmas two weeks before Christmas. I got expedited shipping as I wanted to gift wrap before sending from Florida to New York. The shirt did not show up as planned so I called to see what we could do. Nick answered the phone and sent a 2nd shirt to New York for my niece to wrap and asked that I send the first shirt back when it arrives. The return process was easy as UPS returned to sender as I had not opened. Crisis averted, Santa showed up! Great job Nick and team!
