So close to great

A lovely well made belt with a solid buckle that should hopefully last many years. Only minor criticism is I ordered dark brown but received a standard brown belt. I’ve decided to keep it regardless of the colour as it’s still a very nice belt.

No returns, no refunds.

Received my belt to find it was a little thicker than I'd imagined and not nearly long enough. While I accept the width was entirely my fault, the minimal length of the belt was not. I like a nice spare section of overhang, I even sent a proceeding and follow-on email asking about this and received no reply to either message. I returned the belt asking for some modification, again I received no reply, so eventually I asked for a refund. After waiting a number of days I emailed once again and was told no refunds will be given. Basic communication and all these issues could have been sorted before I ordered, now I'm £50 out of pocket with no belt.
