Nice Frames / Shipping box needs improvement.

Order was not fulfilled. 2/3 snap frames shipped and one was damaged beyond use. No notice was given that the third frame didn’t ship and email also stated it was shipped in full. Enter Lucy from Corporate sales - Thank you. Very kind and considerate. After sending notification of my issue she did confirm the third did not ship and offered replacement for damaged frame. I am waiting for those as I write the review. I like your frames and hope to get more in the future but something is needed to help protect the frames.

Very good movie poster for our theater room

We purchased 5 of these poster frames for our theater room, and we absolutely love them. The ability to change out the poster without removing the frame from the wall is wonderful for a theater room, and the thick 1.7" profile makes the poster frames look fancier. They are very sturdy once mounted on the wall as well. My only complaint is that some of the frames were scuffed up a bit when we received them (not noticeable from far away), which isn't a huge problem, but it would be best if they were in perfect shape considering the price. I highly recommend this poster frame, especially for use in a movie theater room.
