Terrible customer service on the website that clearly stated that all duties and taxes are included unfortunately that’s not the case they tried to collect an additional $68 from me before the cap was delivered. I turned that down. Then I was told that the $12 that they charge for shipping on their website is apparently split so when they refund me, they will charge me more for shipping and keep that amount very grimy.

Great hat. However I was extremely displeased when I was notified that I owed $85.00 in duty fees to the shipper before they would complete delivery. The seller NEVER disclosed that. That’s not at all professional. Especially after paying $242.00 for the hat! Hat gets five stars; seller gets one. I split the difference at three…
