Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee Marshmallows

They're so good! If you ever wondered what creme brulee would be like with another, more solid texture like marshmallow as opposed to creme/[udding, get yourself some of these! The taste was so good, almost like getting a crunchy shell creme brulee spoonful in each bite, especially with the sugar coating the outside. If I get the chance to get some more, I'm going to try toasting these bad boys. I think it would be fantastic toasted on some Nice biscuits, with some nutella, as a kind of smores variation.

Creme Brûlée. Layers of subtle flavours wrapped in a sweet sugar outside. All that was missing was the crunch of the real desert. Top marks!

It was like eating a cloud, so delicious. My whole family really enjoyed them.
