Multiple missing hardware

I was missing 2 U nuts, 2 screws and 1 of the white plastic bracket on for the rear flaps was broken. I messaged them with the picture of the received hardware and they send me back just the 2 U nuts. No screws or white plastic bracket. The material is very stiff, I was hoping for them to be more rubbery. Quite disapointed.
