I ordered 36 of these basketball photo holders for a high school girls basketball banquet. They were perfect for what I was looking for. Three of them were broken when they arrived though. I sent an email on Saturday night regarding the broken ones thinking I wouldn’t hear back until Monday. I got an email back on Sunday morning saying they would either refund the three or send new ones as soon as possible. Within the next week I got replacements. Great customer service!
