They quickly replied and explained the delay and helped me to sort out the problem through few concise and friendly emails. Within 7-10 days my package was then delivered without any other issues. They made the process so easy and dealt with my concerns with no hostility and complete professionalism. Paired with the amazing quality of the shirt, which is soft and stretchy which make the sleeves feel seamless and comfortable on the arms. The silhouette is beautiful and flattering and i would certainly buy more in different colours.However, the lace colour in the photo is far brighter in photo than real life which i found far better as the top felt more continuous. I will certainly buy again and support this brand completely!
