No Rain No Flowers Tee

I reached out to the company multiple times to get a size update. I realized I made a mistake with the order so sent an email within 2 days of order. A day later, I reached out again. Another day later, I got a message from Shop that the order was received. I responded to that. The item was received and I reached out to see about swapping the shirts for a larger size. I have also reached out via social media. No response. Horrible customer service at this point.
