Hand made of pure grade iron by the Saravanan family in Sengottai - a rural town in Tamil Nadu, India. They are one of the two remaining families still dedicated to this 600 year old craft.
Each dosa pan requires the skilled hands of five to seven men, hand-hammering the red hot iron over several days. Each pan receives around 500 strikes
