Taking inspiration from sister cheese Alp Blossom, Shadow Blossom is enrobed in five different pepper varieties - wild Madagascan pepper, long pepper, tailed pepper, Kampot pepper and pink berries - plus a hint of cardamom. *A whole Shadow Blossom weighs approximately 6kg. Smaller weights are a cut of a whole cheese.
