Great job

Disappointed with the quality, fit and imperfections with stitching and overall perky shape of the hat. Not at all as rounded in the photos. Has more of a milatary shape, then an old school baseball cap from that era. Was hoping for more. Also, the leather strap came a bit tarnished and scared by the brass teeth that holds it in place. In the past, Ebbets always displayed and delivered top quality. Not sure what happened here. Definitely not what it was before. Maybe I just got a badly made one but consistency is key. I was sooooo looking forward to my purchase. My faith in purchasing future Ebbets caps has been deeply shaken. Wish this was a better review.

While I'm sure the style is authentic to the period, I prefer low crown hats, so wearing it takes a bit of getting used to. Excellent quality and good fit.
