Arch Kids Floor Vanity

I love this vanity but unfortunately the mirror arrived shaddered. I emailed the company and the owner wanted me to file a damage report through usps but unfortunately I have not heard back from them and the owner was not willing to help me out without the report which has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Especially where I paid so much for this product and then the shipping was very expensive on top of that. This was suposed to be my daughters first birthday gift so I am extremely disappointed. I definitely would not reccomend ordering from this company! Generally a company would send a new product and not make someone deal with thr shipping company for a refund so this was extremly frustrating to me.
