eBook Version Quran Transliteration + Translation

I have the same Tajweed Qur’an in print—both a large edition that I read from every day and a pocket-sized version with the same layout but much smaller font. Instead of carrying a physical Qur’an while traveling, I was looking for an iOS version. Although this is a PDF rather than a dedicated app, I uploaded it to the Apple Books app on my iPad, and it works well for reading. It would be even better if this could be developed into a proper app with features such as audio recitation, repeat playback for memorization, translation, transliteration, bookmarks, the ability to resume from the last page read, and other useful study tools.
