This stuff is good. It genuinely helps with morning focus when added to my coffee compared to coffee alone or other similar things I've tried. When I do not add it, I notice a difference. I use less than the recommended portion typically and it still helps. I have used it on and off for several months now and when I forget about it for a couple weeks it's always a big help when I remember to resume it. Good quality and surprisingly effective for me!

The taste is awful

Use this in my coffee at work and it keeps me zoned in all night! 12 hour shifts are rough and this is a real game changer.
