Toddlers Handprint Frame

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. The Perspex had protective film on it, which I only removed when I was ready to use it — at which point I found it scratched and dented. The outer packaging looked fine, and there were no instructions to fully unwrap and inspect every internal piece on arrival. If this had been a gift, it would be unreasonable to expect someone to check every internal component beforehand. Customer service showed little understanding or accountability, which was frustrating. It’s also clear from other reviews that this isn’t an isolated issue, as multiple customers have received scratched Perspex. I am not asking for a full replacement kit — only the damaged inserts to be replaced. Overall, a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend.
