Such a cute skirt! Fun and flouncy with length!

Sizing is off
I was really excited about this set, but the reality has been disappointing. Based on the size chart, I should have been a small, but the waist was pretty tight. I exchanged it for a large and it's barely an improvement. I don't really want to pay for another exchange, so I might just pick out some of the elastic myself.
