COSMIC ARTIFACT - PUZZLE BOX

I've been buying these type of boxes for 2 years. Usually iDVenture. This was my first time buying Cosmic Artefact. The pieces on the starting panel were completely jammed. One lever broke off after trying to get anything to shift - when the pieces didn't move as expected, I checked the instructions to make sure I wasn't making a mistake and that the parts were meant to be moveable. Deeply disappointed. Won't buy from this brand again.
