Gamma Mini Synth

Very disappointing experience. I waited about a month for the pre-order, which I completely understood and had no issue with. What I did not expect was to then wait another full month for the delivery, with almost no information about what was happening. I had to repeatedly chase for updates because the package was essentially lost in transit. I eventually discovered that it was being held due to an incorrect customs declaration. Had I not contacted them myself and pushed for answers, I honestly don’t know when I would have been informed. After nearly two months since ordering, I am only now finally about to receive the synth. On top of the excessive customs charges, the whole experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. The product may be great, but the shipping experience and after-sales service have been very poor. For a two-month wait, I expected much better communication and support.

Prety fantastic. Easy to use and figure out but you will want to glance over the instruction to understand all the settings. Love that it works wirelessly. Something i would like to see on a future version: it would be cool if there were small LCDs above each key that show what note the key is set to.

Very fun synth. Endless customization. Endless fun. For all the functionality you get, it's a great bargain. My only critique would be that sound still comes out of the speaker when I'm using headphones. It for sure could just be a matter of changing the settings. I'll update this review if/when I figure it out. It could be an isolated thing specific to the one I have though anyway. In any case, I'm keeping it.
