Crushed suits, sticky handle and non ergonomic design

Overall, this is a solid buy. My husband travels often for work, and has to carry a separate suit bag. I got this for him for Fathers Day. Took away one star for the suits getting wrinkled, like absolutely crushed (thankfully our hotel had an iron). Unless you pack very light on top of the suits, they WILL get very wrinkled. Took away another star for a very sticky top handle. It gets stuck and has to be pulled out multiple times to extend, which is very inconvenient when deplaning. We fought that handle everytime we need to pull it out. And finally, dragging the suitcase on two wheels is not very comfortable or ergonomic. My shoulder was hurting from dragging this across the airport. Please make a version with 4 wheels that can be upright. Other than that, this is a pretty unique and useful carryon for frequent travelers.

Easy to order. Came when it said it would and the product is what it was advertised as. For the price, I would have expected faster shipping but that is just feedback. Also, for the price, it would have been nice to include a toiletry bag. I will say the quality appears to be good but I haven't used it yet. I have bought several of the duffel garment bags without the wheels and they are wonderful. This is my first garment roller.

This bag was so hot it was stolen!!!

I purchased the Carry-On Garment Roller for a destination wedding in Italy. It was very spacious and convenient to carry my suit and other items for my trip. It didn't last a full trip because it was stolen out of the rental vehicle the day before the flight back home. I will definitely purchase another when I need to.
