The wheels and bottom are awful.

The wheels are awful. I get the attempt to save space, but any sudden wrong movement makes the bag twist awkwardly. I also can't put any bag on it without the bottom front caving at the kickstand part, causing everything to tip over towards the front. Other than that, I love the look and function of the bag.

This product is exactly as advertised! I had a conference coming up where I was expected to wear business attire. Fortunately, I would have some leisure time as well. The Carry-On Garment Roller allowed me to prepare very efficiently for my trip, with plenty of room to spare. Traveling as often as I do, this bag will save me thousands of dollars in checked-bag fees over time. Definitely rate it 10-10!
