Mushroom Only 30 Day Loading Protocol

Could really do with a 1g scoop as I'm guessing with the small side of a kids' medicine spoon so not sure if I'm taking the right amount. I don't drink hot drinks / tea or coffee so I tried it cold for a while but needed something to mask the taste so now I'm taking it with some berry tea. Feel a bit more focused on tasks on days that I take it but ideally want to try it for longer before my final review.

I purchased two packs of these mushroom blends on a Special Offer. Unfortunately, after completing the course, I didn't notice any significant or noticeable results. In my opinion, the main issue here is the dosage. A total of 1g per serving per day is simply too low for adaptogens to actually start working at their full potential. To feel a real effect in terms of focus and energy, the dosage needs to be at least doubled. However, this brings up the issue of cost. If you buy this product at full price without any discounts, the price is sky-high. If you take a double dose to actually get results, the pack runs out twice as fast, making it completely unaffordable for regular use. Not everyone can justify that kind of ongoing expense. Bottom line: the concept is great and the ingredient quality feels good, but due to the micro-dosages and high price tag, I won't be repurchasing unless there is another massive sale.
