It works! But needs locking clips.

Our RO system lines were jumping violently every time the water turned on/off on our washing machine, and adding this to the inlet line completely solved the problem right away. Be aware that you will also need two 3/8" quick connect locking clips, one both ends of this device, or it will leak significantly. Luckily we had two left over from when we installed the RO, but I wish some had come with this thing, Plan ahead!
