Sensory Compression Long Sleeve Shirt | Girls

Excellent.

My ASD daughter is having a lot of trouble transitioning between summer and winter uniform (and just the whole going from short, light clothes to heavy, long clothes). Meltdowns over needing to put on long sleeves has been resulting in days off school, so we tried the long sleeved tshirt as a hope that if she was comfortable in it, maybe the school would let her wear it under the uniform polo shirt when she just can't cope with the jumper. The first home-wear proved difficult (it is an ordeal to get on when you aren't used to the tightness!) and she was unable to wear it for long because it bunched up at her elbows (the sleeves are very long), try two had her wearing it ALL day, and wanting to sleep in it as well!! When putting it on the second time we just left the sleeves long over her hands and then folded them back up her forearms so there could be no bunching at the elbows - absolute success! Now it is just about hopefully getting permission from the school 🤞 Thank you for providing an alternative-wear for our sensory-sensitive little ones 💜
