Great gift!

I gave this journal to my 10 year old grandson for Christmas. I asked him to write everyday something he was thankful for, or what was good about his day, or if he didn’t want to journal, to draw or to just write the verse from the bottom of the page with his name. Then next Christmas, would he gift it back to me so I would know how his year went? I included a beautiful set of colored pencils. His Mom says he was excited and started it the very next day and hasn’t missed a day.

My son was so surprised and excited to receive this personalized gift. We plan on using it to journal to each other. With middle school coming up for him, these years can be hard to communicate verbally, but writing it down and having God’s words along side his I think will help.
