Purchase and issue resolution - excellent!

Have not installed yet but ordering and problem solving were very quick nd easy. Fed Ex dropped it and it arrived broken. Replacement tookone email and they took action to replace. Ordering and cust service people were knowledgeable and efficient when I asked them to do order on phone for me. Good job
