Beautiful writing utensil. Amazing customer service!

The Set was a Christmas gift and came beautifully packaged ready to wrap. The pen writes smoothly. The ink cartridges are easy to use and perfect for those who don't want to make ink messes (comes with the option to use refillable ink). One of my ordered items was stolen out of the shipping package and customer service was on point to get a replacement to me. This theft was not their fault but their concern was getting my purchased item replaced as quickly as possible. Will 100% buy from them again!!!!

I bought the gift set and a pen. The gift set is Nice and it,s absolut a gift wich not have been tried. The other is really The ringt weight and writes Nice. But when you pause to think and just holds The pengar in The air, tip down, rhe tip dries and ha have to trycka to write several times before The ink will come through.
