The Weekly Word Pack

you are advertising a product that is not physically an item and doesn't specify clearly than should be downloaded to a phone and on top of that you are charging me a weekly subscription for $9.99 please cancel any subscription and previous purchases am not satisfied with your services

I didn’t receive any information about the weekly word pack and just found out it was a weekly subscription. I bought the 300 word Sound Book for my granddaughter and it was added on. I still don’t know if I should have a physical copy or a digital copy of the weekly word pack.

I previously bought another book from them, and it was poor quality. I didn’t buy this book, but they’ve charged me twice more, and I can’t contact them. This is a scam. Not recommend and be away from this website
